Oh.. haha. Well the Scooter Banks I know was a dude who played with Tim Duncan @ Wake Forest in college. He out-rebounded Tim Duncan, and he would've been a decent NBA player... but before he got eligible for draft he started having drug problems, and street problems, and now the streets are his home. He could've been as good as Tim Duncan... but it's sad... look him up if you ever get a chance. Dude was great. I think he might hold a couple records for the college.
