I listened to that whole Paper Trail album and in my opinion, this is T.I.'s best work. My and my friends always talk about how his swagger on tracks is almost unmatched but you could listen to most of his CD and realize he didn't really say shit on that real life level. The gun charges were the best thing that could've happened for him creatively. He has so much to talk about and he's just reflecting on everything and seems a lot more mature.

He touched base with everything. The hooks by Rihanna, Usher, John Legend and Justin Timberlake were GREAT. He came with some of that hard flow on tracks like Swing Ya Rag, Ready For Whatever, Every Chance I get. Then he had his song for the ladies with Whatever You Like. I was completely surprised by this.. I knew Paper Trail would be good but it's easily one of my favourite albums of 2008. On a personal level, I like it better than L.A.X.

And to stay on topic, JT killed this. I don't care what anyone says.. he brings fire to everything he does. Tip's flow is amazing too.
