Cham being the best rapper in the south is an opinion, and being the best rapper in the south is no accomplishment.Being better than most rappers on the east and west really means nothing, there are 100's of so called rappers on the east coast, but he could never crack the top ten on the eastcoast, maybe the top 20, and even that's debatable.Lets stick to the fact at hand,this track is garbage,and the Nate Dogg like singing is not helping it.
