He meant the tubes they put down your mouth when your in hospital to help you breath...T-Pain sometimes uses a TalkBox as well as the vocoder & autotune, & as you've seen in Sexual Eruption, it's a tube that goes into your mouth...its a pretty good punchline but Ive heard something similar to that in a rap battle on Smack. The track is pretty mediocre though, its a shame cuz these two & Juelz are pretty good...but The Dips are dead now.
