Saigon is one of the best we have, HANDS DOWN. The sad thing is that he should be at least 3 studio albums deep considering the amount of time he's been rapping, that is what is killing hiphop, the industry politics slowing down the music from being put out

I checked him out and was unimpressed. The "C'mon Baby" remix was aiiight, and the "Pain in my life," joint was kinda hot, but I haven't heard anything else that I was impressed with. Maybe some of you cats can lemme know what's up with him. Right now, I just see him as an arrogant fuck who claims he's gonna retire without dropping an album. I could give two shits. I know he used to Ghost write alot, but like I said, you guys should list a few good mixtapes for me.
