Kanye West is wracked with guilt over the death of his mother, believing the cosmetic surgery he paid for killed her.
A recent inquest confirmed the tummy tuck and liposuction Donda West underwent the day before she died in November (07) didn't contribute to her passing. She died from a "pre-existing coronary artery disease".
But the rapper still blames himself for encouraging his mother to go under the knife.
A source tells the National Enquirer, "It was his money that paid for the operation and his fame that opened up this very different world to Donda. "
Donda was so proud of Kanye and all he had accomplished, and gave up her job as the head of Chicago State University's English department to look after his career.
"It would never have occurred to her to have plastic surgery before Kanye hit it big.

Yea I agree with all yall. It's only natural for him to feel guilt. It's like if you buy somebody a car and they die in a car accident. It ain't your fault but you're going to feel guilty. I hope he gets through it.
One more thing shout out to Kanye for dropping the album of the year in 07'. Yea I said it, after listening to Graduation damn near everyday in my whip on my way to work, it's the best album I heard all year. It takes the cake over Jay's American Gangster and Freeway's Free at Last. They're the top three albums of the year, imo.

Come back to us Kanye. It is not your fault that your mother passed. If she had a pre-existing condition, then it was going to happen under the knife or just sitting in her living room. She went under the knife to help improve her looks, I guess. The educated woman surely was of sound mind when SHE decided to go ahead with the surgery. It just so happens that her son is well off enough to pay for such a operation. It is not your fault Kanye so I say again, "Come back to us!" Your mother would've wanted you to continue with your voice in music. Somebody, somewhere is looking up to you and they are patiently waiting for you to drop some new sh@T! Don't forsake them.
