It's like the presidential race and we're looking to see what regions each artist has one. So far it seems 50 has UK (prolly Germany too) and Kanye has Japan and Sweden. I say Japan because that Stronger video was TAILORED for Japan (other than the Daft Punk ship remake in the video from the original song sampled, it also has hints of the anime Akira in it) It's looking like a close race so far.

I agree that selling the most doesnt make u the best artist or mean u have the best cd...I like the artist are actually calling out names and going head to head with each other and go back and make changes to out do the other one....that just means more good music for us.....right???...I like that this music industry is about Hip Hop right now....we fell off with the pop and r&b and alternative music taking over the charts....do u guys realize we are talking about HIP HOP artists battling for number 1 and 2 on the billboard charts...NOT the JET top twenty...or the hip hop bill board but the BILLBOARD for all genres off music....I LOVE IT MAN....this is what hip hop is suppossed to be...whether u like one artist or the other...they both gonna be on 106 and park on sept 11th and both are gonna make alot of money so more power to them....this is a music beef....and im ok with that.

Curtis is just...average. It's better than Massacre but it's still not in the same place as Get Rich. I'm gonna bump it, but there's no song thats worth replaying over and over again... I like 50. I'm just not gonna front and act like it's a hot CD when it's not. It's decent but no one's going to write home about it. It's just ok and if he outsells Kanye then thats whats up, but the CD won't get that many spins at the end of the day.

Graduation is hot. It's going to get accolades but I think people just had higher expectations and that's KanYe's fault for setting the bar so high with his last two albums. He's a better writer and every beat on this CD is fire, every song except maybe one is worth replaying and rewinding..I think I listen to some of those tracks like 3 times before moving on to the next one. It's a high quality Cd, but it feels like something is missing.

It indeed feels like a compilation of singles. I think that two or three non-single but quality songs would have made this album one of the best hip hop albums of all time...Heck even two clever skits added may of fleshed it out. I know he wants the CD to flow better but it feels disconnected from the rest of the school series. I think he could of made it work. He also did things with late registration that were cool that he didn't do here, like breaking typical rap format. In some songs he let the beat ride and then came back with more lyrics. I don't know... If I had never heard Kanye's last two CD's, I wouldn't even have anything to complain about.

Thats my review. I'm hoping the final pressed CDs have things that I don't expect, so I can say my review is null, but we'll just have to wait till 9/11.

On the real, i already downloaded those 2. there nothin special really, although i listen to kanye's a lil more. i'm waitin to cop that 40 Cal "Broken Safety 2". it also comes out on 9/11

I co-sign Sanders, 50 album is o.k. nothing special. Its a lil advanced from Massacre but it doesn't have the deep thought tracks like "Postion of power" and "Baltimore Love Story" but it has some solid bangaz. Its an average album. Better than most albums that have come out tho in the last year (T.I., Common and Talib Kweli not included in that).
Best track to me on 50's album is I'll Still Kill ft. Akon

Kanye West (currently bumping now), the beats are really good as expected. Lyrically its top notch shit. Kanye has upped his flow, its not on a Hov level but he's gettin there if he hasn't peaked yet. I think with Kanye that seperates him from other 50 in particularly is that he connects with the people. Yes 50 can connect to the streets somewhat but he doesn't speak for the working man. I guess its depends where you are in life that you will base your opinion from.

Best song on Kanye album is "Big Brother" (my opinion)
