Im sorry but i follow Hip Hop closely and have since the 80's and ive never heard of Dre's beats ever bein "Ghost-producued" and he's been producing since he was like 17. And rappin since he was rockin a jerry curl so u might wanna check ur source on that one.
Dre is the reason we started listening to West Coast Music. If it werent for his production on NWA tracks and him basically makin Deathrow into what it was we wouldnt know about Snoop, Ice Cube, Easy E, Tupac and especially The Game.

dre has his own production company and he hires and trains great talent so if you are reading other names along side his in the credits mean he allowed proteges to make tracks he had the final say on the sound. He also crafted the west coast sound as it is today for the most part. Scott learned from the best and also does a great DRE BEAT.
