Sources say Fif decided to push the album back because “he thought it was disrespectful to release a record on 9/11.”
No word yet on when exactly its being pushed back to.
The album was originally scheduled for a June 26 release date, but was rescheduled in late May to a September 4th release. 50 explained that the LP had not been delivered to the CD plant in time, and the delay would interfere with international distribution of the album.
It was then pushed back again to a release on September 11, 2007. Because of the Labor Day holiday on Monday September 3rd, the decision was made to push the release one week so that it is available everywhere at 10am on day of release.
