  • Lil Wayne: The Carter III

    Reviews

As the last song plays and the music comes to an end, two things will remain the same. Grass will continue to be green and Lil Wayne will.....

  • Common - Finding Forever

    Reviews

"Finding Forever really means to find a place in music where you can exist forever. Common has always been an artist whose main goal was to put out quality music. The type of music that would stay relevant, years after his career and life has ended.

  • Talib Kweli - Eardrum

    Reviews

Talib Kweli is an MC capable of great things. Does he live up to his potential, or does he deliver a mediocre album?

  • T.I. - T.I Vs. T.I.P

    Reviews

With such a creative Concept T.I. has the Chance to Come out with a classic album. The path is clear for him to capture the ears, and the only thing stopping him is the battle that he puts forth for us to hear.

  • Fabolous - From nothing to something

    Reviews

If this is the best Fabolous has to offer, then fans everywhere as well as def jam wasted their money.

  • Noelz - Problem Child Mixtape

    Reviews

In this game of meritocracy, there will come a time when a new artist is just so good, that there is no way to deny him/her. Even as a neophyte to the game, they are far more superior to much of the game's Hip Hop Heavyweights.

  • Clipse - Hell Hath No fury (Review)

    Reviews

There is a theory that has been debated in the scientific community that there are taboo audio and visual mediums that the human being takes in and it "shocks the body". When consumed, it connects with the pleasure censors in the brain as well as the censors that invoke feelings of shame, blurring the lines giving the listener an ambiguous feeling of joy and guilt. It's the feeling I got when I would steal my cousins Ice Cube and Public Enemy cassettes. It's the same feeling I got when I let those tapes rock until they popped with my headphones securely plugged into the stereo careful Ma Dukes wouldn't hear the vulgar, startling lyrics.

  • Jay-Z - Kingdom Come

    Reviews

There has been no more anticipation for an album this year as much as Kingdom Come so how good is it?

  • Snoop Dogg - Tha Blue Carpet Treatment

    Reviews

Snoop Dogg returns to his old self for his 8th album Tha Blue Carpet Treatment

  • Pitbull - El Mariel Review

    Reviews

The Miami bred MC has come a long way from his Certified gold M.I.A.M.I debut with his newly released El Mariel. The title of the album references the place where 124,000 undocumented and illegal Cubans entered the U.S. aboard boats, one of which was driven by PitbullTMs father. Pitbull definitely proves heTMs no one-trick pony in his sophomore album.

  • The Game - Doctor's Advocate Review

    Reviews

The Game returns after The Documentary to make another solid West Coast banger with the Doctor's Advocate.

  • AKON - KONVICTED Review

    Reviews

Is AKON whining, um, I mean, singing his way to the top?

  • Xzibit - Full Circle

    Reviews

With his new suitablly titled album "Full Circle" it seems as if Xzibit has gone back to the formula that made him a success from day one.

  • DIDDY - Press Play

    Reviews

It was bound to happen sooner or later......

  • Lupe Fiasco - Food and Liquor

    Reviews

While the rest of Hip Hop cultures chains hang low and spit omnipresent lyrics about crack and women one artist and his small following were content with Kick, Pushing down their way to Hip Hop fame.

  • LLoyd Banks - Rotten Apple

    Reviews

In his sophmore lp, Banks spits about same thing on numerous beats. While the album isn't necessarily completely rotten, it's by far fresh.
