Great1momo23, you might wanna do some research, Dre has been accused of jacking beats many times. There this documentary about the Dogg Pound called "DPG Eulogy"
which is currently showing on the Star channel, where Daz dillinger comfirm that Dr.Dre stole this unknown producers beat.

Well i like Tim and always have, i don't know about his definition of sampling because he didn't really explain it in a way that everyone can understand. He did almost do a better job towards tha end because like he said, all tha beats just have numbers and if no one has set claim to it, it's not stealing "technically" morally yea someone created it but that's like saying oh i said "kool" first, well if you set a claim and pay for it then you said "kool" first. Now personally if it was me giving a definition of tha two i'd say he did a good job with stealing, but for sampling i'd say something like, say there was a James Brown beat and i liked how he used a certain horn or a drum, i might take that horn or drum and put a twist on it, and there you have it. Lets be for real how many down south bangers have you listened to recently and not been able to "snap" or "lean wit" There's even another definition for sampling which is more of tha legal one; but you take something like tha Curtis Blow song "Basketball" and put your own freestyle to it, as long as you pay Curtis for it and don't say it's yours then you can sample all you want, but in my personal opinion, i think Tim got a keyboard that had some beats on it, and no one said hey don't use these for a song, which as Tim said would be stupid because why would you buy tha keyboard...(he got plenty keyboards)But of course he put a twist on some of tha engineered beats, made a hot song, and now they wanna sue.
see this shit yo as soon as you get a little success somebody hates you
