Oh shit! Redman finally comin' back, and we get a new Wu album...This year might give us just what we need.

I love Wu and have always supported them. I truly feel that they don't have the chemistry that they once had. There will be many creative differences amongst them. I am sure there will be some fire but, the Wu isn't hungry like they first was when they jumped on the scene in 93. I hope to hear some vintage WU especially RZA beats because he doesn't really guest produce so we haven't heard his sound since Kill Bill vol.1. I have to be honest, I am skeptical. Jokers always be like "I can't wait til it drops" How many times do we hear that? And when you tell that cat, "Yo that new Wu Tang came out yesterday" they be like, "Word, is it hot?" "I gotta see who on it first". I though you couldn't wait til it dropped so you could get it. Now, you gotta see who on it. If you are a real WU fan you shouldn't have to question the quality of material. I admire your honor and loyalty to the WU but, You didn't seem to disagree with the fact that I said they weren't hungry anymore. Ghost hasn't come close to Ironman. They all had some here and there joints yeah but, no classic albums have not came from the Wu in a while. I seen Deck new joint in the stores. I was dissappointed back in 99 when he dropped Uncontrolled Substance and it was not fire. I am Wu all day. Deck was my favorite dude. I felt like a kid when I met that dude at summer jam 00. ALBUM SALES mean something and then they really don't mean shit. If you selling then you see that you have the ears of the masses which are 85% dumb, deaf, and blind(and $$$). If you aint sellin then either you really wack or you keepin it real to self and not compromising your art for the sake of a dollar. The WU started a whole lot stuff in this here rap game. Cats never give them the respect that they deserve and then wanna cop out by sayin "i dont understand what they spitten" or "they lost the ears of the world when they started spitten God Body". They always spit God Body, they just sprinkled it into the music where if you wasn't up on knowledge of self then you wouldnt even know they were enlightening the game. They are the embodiement of HOOD, they just was buildin positively because they knew better to spit only the bad aspects of the hood into our babies minds. Most often HOOD represents gloryfying negativity, and acting ignorant like its the right thing to do. I applaud the WU for being pioneers in this game and not being scared to be themselves and to give the world messages with knowledge and wisdom. "GOD BODY" is what we as a people need to know about seeing the condition of our minds now days. Bring back respect for self and love for where you come from, HISTORY, things of that nature.The WU did all that and still had the swagger and did it FLY! I do agree somewhat with you about hungrieness and lack of fire within, but the contribution that the gods made to this hip hop thang can never be matched or duplicated. They could've spit better and stuck together like the early days, but they also were living lives and going through everyday trials and tribs while trying to maintain integrity in the industry and the streets, which if you know anything, one aspsect of your game will suffer if you dont keep the balance.
