Young Jeezy Arrested For Disorderly Conduct
Atlanta rapper Young Jeezy was arrested early Thursday morning (May, 24th,2007) for disorderly conduct after arriving at Stokers, a popular Atlanta strip club.Though the details of the arrest are still sketchy, according to police reports, Young Jeezy (real name Jay Jenkins) along with his entourage arrived at Stokers around 3:30 am when an argument broke out between the clubs Security and his people.
After Jeezy stepped in to calm the situation he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $280. He has since then been released.
Diamond of Crime Mob Arrested In Connection With Stabbing
In somewhat related news, female rapper Brittney Nicole Carpentero, also known as Diamond of Rap Group Crime Mob was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault after a May 15th, 2007, stabbing incident which took place aboard the Rap Group’s tour bus.
According to reports, the rapper and another women aboard the tour bus were having an argument when another female thought to be a friend of Carpentero’s intervened and attacked the female.
The women ended up with a slashed face and police were called to the scene however, Carpentero had already fled.
According to Dekalb county records, a Brittany Nicole Carpentero, 19, alias “Diamond” was arrested on May 20th (Diamond’s birthday) and booked into the Dekalb county jail. She was released on $20,000 bond early morning May 22nd.
Sources Close to Diamond claim this is just a case of mistaken identity.
