According to prosecutors, Game got into a cab in Midtown Manhattan a couple of months ago, flashed a fake badge and claimed to be an undercover officer. He then commanded the driver to drive through red lights for 13 blocks. But according to the NY post, Game’s lawyer said he just wouldn’t do that. “He knew they were following him, because they’d been on his butt all night,” said Jeffrey Litchman, Game’s lawyer.
“He sees them all the time, and he’s very polite to them. He and his guys give them cigars all the time. When they’re in the same restaurant together, they send over food.”
