Hip hop video model Karrine Steffans, also known as Superhead is planning a return to expose more of her life during her time in the music industry. You might remember Superhead from Jay Z’s video for “Hey Papi” or Ja Rule’s” Between Me and You”, while other music fans and the industry know her best from her tell-all book about affairs she had with the industry’s biggest stars.
In her autobiography, Confessions of a Video Vixen, where she spoke on love affairs she had with the likes of Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, DMX, Diddy, Usher, Vin Diesel and Shaq, she plans to pick up where she left off, with a second book on the horizon, titled “The Vixen Diaries”.According to Steffans’ official website, the new book will paint a picture of her life from when her first book was released all the way to last month. She doesn’t go into extreme detail about the new names she puts on blast, but in an upcoming issue of King magazine, she revealed that she’s had a couple new dealings over the past two years with some big name artists, and does not hold back.
In the interview, she talks about encounters with both rapper Lil Wayne and R&B sensation Ne-Yo. She doesn’t give up too much about Weezy, but Ne-Yo on the other hand was a tad juicier.
Rumors of Ne-Yo and Superhead have been circulating for the past few weeks, and Steffans did little to dispel them. According to her, she got Ne-Yo’s e-mail address with hopes of being in one of the singer’s videos. She claimed they met for the first time recently on the set of Fabolous’ “Make Me Better” video and hooked up that night.
“We’re driving down the street, a car pulls up to my car,” Steffans told King, according to MTV. “My boy Chris is like, ‘What’s up?’ They rolled down the back window and it’s Ne-Yo, and he was like, ‘Is Karrine in there?’ Chris was like, ‘Yeah, yeah, she’s here.’ He got out the car and he came by and was like, ‘I’m heading back to my room, meet me at the hotel.’
“We all went to the hotel after that. We hung out all night with Ras Kass and some other girls in the room. The whole time he was just rubbing my feet. Just biting on my feet, rubbing on them. But we were comfortable ever since. Then we spent the next couple of days together. Ne-Yo looked at me right in my face and said, ‘I don’t care what happened before, but your life didn’t start until the day you met me, and no matter what happens if we just stay friends, we end up together it doesn’t matter.’ I just felt like I’d known him all my life. When that got out, I actually panicked. I was nervous. Because I didn’t want him to think that I did that. That’s not my style.”
Ne-Yo has denied the rumors since they leaked, claiming the two have only exchanged small talk in passing in their limited encounters with each other.
“The Vixen Diaries” is scheduled to be released September 25.
