Stat Quo Gets Pushed Back
Atlanta rapper Stat Quo’s Shady/Aftermath debut “Statlanta” has been pushed back from an August 28 release to sometime in October.No word yet as to why the album has been rescheduled.
Proudction on “Statlanta” will be handled by Eminem, Dr. Dre, Three 6 Mafia, Marc Batson and more. The album features guest appearances by Dr. Dre, Eminem, Scarface, and Devin The Dude amongst others.
The album is currently being led by two singles, “Here We Go” and “We Get Higher.”
Saigon Released On $1500 Bail
New York rapper Saigon was released on $1500 bail after cops found a gravity knife during a traffic stop.
Police stopped the rapper for a traffic violation near 11th Avenue and W. 29th Street in Manhattan around 1:30 am.
When officers searched his vehicle, they uncovered the gravity knife. He was charged with weapons possession.
“This is another example of New York’s finest targeting a member of the rap and entertainment industry,” Saigon’s Attorney Scott Leemon told AllHipHop.
“The car that Saigon was driving was not owned by him. More importantly, the small pocket knife was found in a console in the car, not on his possession.”
Saigon was released on $1500 bail and is due back in court on December 5.
“I am hoping after further investigation this will be another example of a rapper being wrongfully arrested,” Leemon continued.

I agree, along with Papoose, Saigon, and others that people claim are so nice... Joe Buddens... when's his next album droppin'? I DON'T CARE ABOUT MIXTAPES... I think mixtape artist like papoose,Joe Budden and Saigon mixtapes are better than most albums, but the radio stations only will play commercial type songs.
