DPS (Department of Public Safety) spokesman Charlie Morgan said Ethan Calhoun, 27, and Kevin Barkey, 26, were arrested on drug charges
after admitting the drugs belonged to them. Both men were taken to the Navarro County Jail and face fines of
up to $2,000 and six months in jail if convicted, Morgan said. Bond was
set at $1,500 each. Both posted bond and were released.
The rapper was not arrested and representatives for Snoop have yet to comment.

Ok, a little late on the post but. Snoooop has built his persona on drug usage, weed to be exact. He has put a bullseye for cops on anything he does. Hip hop cop or not, these cats need to get smart. getting some homeboys to take a fall for you shouldn't be the limit of your intellect when it comes to carrying dope. All he had to do was make sure his bus papers were in order, he didn't do that so he gave them a reason to get at him.
