According to reports, the “Beautiful Girl” hit maker announced he will be playing The Notorious in the upcoming biopic titled “Notorious” during Nickolodeon’s Kids Choice Awards.
“My management had told me about it. And then you know, I auditioned for it. And then I met with the director, the big director, and I nailed it. So he’s giving me a shot now, in being in the movie.” Said Kingston.
However, according to Wayne Barrow—Biggie’s long time friend and the films Executive Producer, the role is still up for grabs.
“Sean Kingston nor ANY other individual has been cast for the role of Christoper “Notorious B.I.G” Wallace or any other characters which will be portrayed in the biopic of B.I.G.
We will continue to search for the individual to fill the shoes of B.I.G in this film.” said Barrow.
Hopefuls still have a chance to get cased by uploading their videos at BiggieCasting.com for a chance to play the rap legend.
The winner will be chosen by producers Wayne Barrow and Mark Pitts (Wallace’s former managers) and his mother, Voletta Wallace.
