Remy Ma Adds Star Lawyer To Defense Team

http://media.defsounds.com/uploads/assets/2174/2192/9593/asset.jpgFormer Terror Squad and currently incarcerated rapper Remy Ma has added a new weapon to her legal team. The female rapper will now be represented by William Murphy, Jr, who will take care of the appeals case.

Remy was convicted earlier this year for allegedly shooting her friend Makeda Barnes - Joseph.

With Murphy on her team Remy hopes that she can reverse her sentence.

“With the addition of Mr. Murphy…I now believe I have assembled a team that will have the might and expertise to tell my side of the story. I am confident that after hearing everything my side will prevail. Mr. Murphy comes highly recommended and I am pleased that he has agreed to lead my defense team," Remy said.

This is a good look for her. I always felt that her defense team did a lousy job in the first place.

Whether she did it or not…she still got fucked over with her sentencing. I know murderers that got less time than she did.

She’s not going to get away free, but she should definitely have her sentenced reduced.

I just hope she’s on some Pac shit and writing 4 songs a day…because when she gets out… she’s gonna be broke ass shit from legal fees and civil suites.

More importantly… Pappoose alreayd killed his career…he’ll prolly kill himself if they don’t lessen his fiance’s sentence!
