Not to be outdone by Snoop, rapper Prodigy (one half of the hip-hop group Mobb Deep) and Interscope DJ, The Alchemist, were arrested early Thursday (Oct 26) after being pulled over for performing an illegal move while trying to find a parking spot in Manhattan’s Chelsea district. Cops pulled the duo over after watching Prodigy behind the wheel drive down the wrong way of a one way street and make an illegal U-turn to reach a parking spot. While approaching the vehicle police accused Prodigy of “squirming” and subsequently searched the car. Upon later search of the car cops found a .22 handgun and both men were charged with criminal possession of a weapon. Prodigy was later released on $7,500 bail, while Al was later released on his own recognizance
