Houston rapper Paul Wall was not injured/killed as rumors were floating around the net this morning stated. Unfortunately though, his friend, Emanuel “Lil E” Hobbs, 23, was slain in a gunfight that left three others injured.
“Swishahouse and Paul Wall want to let everyone know that he is fine and alive,” a representative told an online publication today. “The concerns and questions are overwhelming, we thank you for your concern.”
Officers found the dead man lying on a driveway about 11:15 a.m. The wounded men apparently fled, police said. They later showed up at area hospitals, where they were being questioned later Thursday.

shits fucked up. no matter if you live in the hood or suburbs, you can’t predict anything like this or feel as though you are safe all of the time because shit like this go down in the hood half-more than half of the time and shit even in the burbs, you can walk out on your porch to yawn and someone can gun you down because you had a little altercation with someone at the club and they wanted to show you how tough or gangsta they are or had beef with someone back in the day, life isn’t promised so live for today and not tomorrow
not knocking paul, but i would actually look forward to some of his work hed put out from this tradgedy, but hes not the type of rapper to knock your socks off lyrically or make you feel a record emotionally that i know of.
and for all you dudes saying paul shouldnt be keepin it real, he got to much money, he should stay away from this type of shut. shut the fuck up(not dissin yall but seriously) yall would be the same dudes where if the same stuff happened and paul was caught on camera running away and screaming for help, youd be like man he aint no fuckin gangsta, he fraud, he shoulda kept it real and popped back. fuckin double standards.
