According to TMZ.com, the hook king was sentenced in Orange County, California last week during his court appearance for a 2006 incident.
Nate Dogg allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend's Huntington Beach, California home and beat up a love rival.
Nate's ex and her boyfriend both filed restraining orders against the hip-hop artist after the incident.
In other news…
He was ordered to complete a domestic violence treatment program and he was forbidden from owning a weapon for 10 years.
Nate Dogg has also been recovering from a stroke he suffered late last year during the holidays.

She broke up with him in 2005 a few months before their wedding because he wasn't treating her right and was still out being a D-O-G-G. She's a career woman not no hoe and she wasn't gonna be like so many other rap stars wives sitting back feeling sorry for herself like Irv Gotti's wife, Snoop's wife, and so many others. She moved on with her life and got a new man and Nate couldn't handle it (even though he was still messing around with trifling gold-diggin hoes) and that fool actually crawled through her kitchen window in 2006- I guess trying to be romantic and seduce her or something- hell nobody knows but him what his true motive was; be he didn't know the new man (who lived in L.A.) was there and then Nate crept into her room that was opened and pulled a bitch move and hit the dude while he and the ex were sleeping and then he ran out. So when he called her house talking shit the new dude was like, "why did you run out and run off to your limo...you should've manned up and handled yours...we can meet up and handle this like grown men" but Nate NEVER did follow through with that. So after that his ex got a restraining order that protected her and her family, and a family friend (and her kids) since he knew where they lived. When the criminal case came up then that judge took out another restraining order because Nate kept violating his domestic violence one. That new restraining order covered the boyfriend too because the criminal case involved him. That woman rode for Nate for many years, put off law school and everything to help him with his career. Why should she have to deal with a nucca who aint gonna take his vows seriously? So now he's stuck with hoes in different area codes and she's with her new dude living life to its fullest. One thing that she don't have to worry about is she never allowed herself to be a baby mama like the other 7 females, so she can walk away with a clear mind. Watch what you say about people when you obviously don't know a damn thing about them. You simply run off with things. What does her living in Huntington Beach have anything to do with it? Nate was living in Irvine, CA at the time! Stupid asses!
