Nate Dogg Released from Cali Hospital

by Krush Dallas on January 2nd, 2008

http://media.defsounds.com/uploads/assets/514/526/5460/asset.jpgEarlier this month, Nate Dogg was admitted into Pomona Valley Medical Center in California. While a hospital representative did confirm that the 38 year old was admitted on Dec. 19 and discharged on Dec. 26, they would not release any information concerning the reason for his treatment.

Rumors have been surfacing on the web suggesting that his stay at the hospital was due to a heart attack.

Nate Dogg (born Nathaniel Hale) made his mark on hip - hop by crooning on hooks. He made his debut with his cousin Snoop Dogg, on Dr. Dre's 1992 classic, The Chronic. He went on to be featured on over 60 singles, including "Area Codes" with Ludacris, "The Next Episode" with Snoop and Dre, and "Regulate" with Warren G.

He has also released several solo albums for Interscope.

Damn. That’s exactly why rappers need to start taking care of themselves. How long can you smoke weed for? Sniff Coke, shoot herion, sip sizzurp etc..? Ur whole life? It’s not just rappers but the whole entertainment business is like that. Damn near every famous person is a drugy. People need to get their lives straight.

I hope everything is well wit Nate man. I’ll be upset if we lose him over a health issue too (like Pimp C). It’s not like these niggas are old (50s, 60s etc…) their in their 30s. That’s just sad.
