More Problems For Dame Dash, Hit with $15 Million Lawsuit

The $15 million lawsuit arises from an assault that allegedly took place on Jan. 1, 2003, after Kristie Thompson met Dash at a New Year’s Eve part on the island of Angra off the Brazilian coast. Dash has denied all allegations and was never charged criminally. Thompson filed suit against Dash, in 2003. On Friday, a panel of Judges turned down Dashe’s bid to have the case moved to Brazil since thats were the assault allegedly occurred citing that both Thompson and Dash “live and work in New York,” as do many of the proposed witnesses.

What successful people have to realize is that they gotta avoid situations like that. Not saying they have to lock themselves in a padded room forever or turn into a "bitch" or anything like that. They just have to be smart. About certain situations.
If you're worth millions... then of course people are going to try their best to irritate and provoke you into doing something stupid just so they can SUE and make a quick dollar. It's up to you yo be mature enough to think level headed and get yourself outta that situation the correct way.
Reminds me of when I used to kick box. I'm from the hood and everybody knows I have a temper and love to fight. I used to do it for money. But once my Probation Officer (long story) found out that I was kickboxing for a while...
He made it clear that if I got in a fight while still doing so, my ass would be sued and locked the fuck up... So ultimately I had to of course keep my ass outta any environments where I could be PROVOKED and FUCKED OVER in the long run...

Thats whats wrong wit the whole probation and jail process......Imagine how hard it is for a black man to go to jail at 18 for 5-10, come home to that same neighborhood and not have one issue. Im not making excuses but the system is definately not built for a ex-felon, or ex-con to be rehibillitated. NO im not a ex con or felon, but i relate cus my brother is and i watch him struggle wit it every day......As black entertainers tho they have to watch themselves even more, espicially as a member of the rap community.
