If he did "snitch" or spill any ideas through the media, then he may look like he was holding something back from anything that they feds were searching for.

Look, like many people said on this posting & I will repeat and elaborate on. In this business, you must have a good mindset of where your income is coming and going. You must know when deals need to be establish and dissolved. And if you create something without negotiations or the right business moves, there will be consequences upon those actions, regardless of how much success that you make in the process. And, the most important factor is -- know who you can trust and who will have your back.

With that being said, DJ Drama did not fall into that postion. He got busted because he tried to walk a very thin line and did not follow the code of business correctly. Honestly, people do make mistakes, who knows all the information that led up to the bust; honestly, there will be more information that will unfold as the days go by. Yea, he is trying to make money, however, so are the other artists in the Hip Hop circuit. But, if he knew things beforehand and learn the buisness craft & knew how to steer away from the "Hip Hop Police", then, maybe, he be in the clear (Please, don't get it twisted, I do like DJ Drama, I have a few of his mixtapes and think he is crafty in his work).

On the other hand, Wayne did not do a good part to help someone who actually gave him a boost in his career. If y'all don't remember that before "Tha Carter & Carter II", Wayne was a mediocre rapper on a floundering Cash Money label, where artists like Juvenile & B.G. & soon Mannie Fresh left because of their personal "beefs" with Baby & Wayne. But, with the help of mixtape DJs, especially Drama, his popularity soared through tha route of mixtapes, which help boost his sales and jumped him into the "pop mainstream". Now, you cannot look at another freakin' mixtape, without seeing Wayne's ugly mug gracing the cover of the cd. Wayne should have, at least, stood up for a man that did give him a shining light and did know how to target the audience. Instead, Wayne did what people knew that he was going to do and just sit back and weasel his way outta the situation.

In the end, with all of his "drama (no pund intended)" unfolding, like the infamous "kiss" between him & Baby (honestly people, I have a male that's close to me that I looked up to and grew up with & I do even lip lock with him at all, period), to his bashing on artists like Jay & Pharrell or the Clipse, the rumored of his lyrics being "ghostwritten" and the unknown "broken jaw & threats in Philly"; this does not look good so far for Wayne. This will pin him in the corner and make him look more like a fool than ever before. Word of advice: before you speak, think!
