First, how can “Lolipop” be the best rap song when it isn’t rap? Just because a “rapper” made the song does not mean it is rap, and definitely not hip-hop.

Second, Best Rap album from an album that did not live up to the height? There are plenty of other albums that would fit that category before C3 (The Cool, Untitled, The Recession, LAX, Theatre of the Mind… just to name a few).

It’s sad because I hate repeating myself but I am not a wayne hater, I’m actually a fan. I’m just a fan of Good hip-hop and I also stay off his jock and realize he fell off. If he keeps it up he will be the new era MC Hammer, just more played out.
