Lil Wayne Arrested Again
The New Orleans native is in hot water yet again with the law. This time Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter Jr, was arrested near Yuma, Arizona last night (January 22) on three felony counts: possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of narcotics.
Its been revealed that Wayne was arrested by DEA agents. He had performed at the Tucson Convention Center on Sunday (January 20). Weezy is currently in custody and the arraignment is at 9:00 AM PT today (January 23).
Lil Wayne was arrested last year in Idaho for possession of drugs. He is currently finishing up his upcoming album "The Carter III" set for a March release.
Busta Pleads Guilty
Busta Rhymes took back his original plea of not guilty and has copped a plea deal. After originally denying all charges against him, Busta has now plead guilty to all four of the outstanding charges.
For the two assault charges from last year, Busta received 3 years probation to be served concurrently (overlapping in duration). An order of protection has been ordered for the victim of the assault and if Busta violates the probation he will go to prison for a year.
For his DUI charge Busta was ordered to pay $750 and enroll in a drunk driving program. And he lost his license for six months for driving with a suspended license.

But I would seriously hate to see this guy die because people were either too naive or just too uncaring to force him to stop.
We’ve lost a lot of great contributers to music in general… I’d hate for us to have to lose yet another one because of a habbit and a lack of help.
