Just like his southern cohort Andre 3000, producer/rapper Lil Jon is stepping into the fray with a cartoon of his own heading to Comedy Central. Entitled “A-Town”, the cartoon will center around Lil Jon and his family, amidst their life in is Atanta hometown.
“It’s a hilarious cartoon, I think everybody’s gonna love it,” Lil Jon told BallerStatus.com.
“Everybody thinks I’m gonna be the craziest character, but my family is crazier than I am,” Jon explained. “It’s just about living in Atlanta; me and my family living in Atlanta and all the crazy stuff we get into.”
The script for “A-Town” has already been finalized, according to Lil Jon. Comedy Central should begin work on the show soon, but there was no set date completion at press time.
Jon also let slip that he is working on 3 new films, but was mum with details after that. His newest album, “Crunk Juice” is slated for release this year.

I don't know about this one. A cartoon made with Lil' Jon featured in it? I don't really like his selection of humor. I'll watch the first episode though. I'll end up changing it mid-show. I bet.

Everybody know's Lil Jon went to Douglass High School (the same school as DFB, Killer Mike, and TI) so I doubt he has to hide that, and as far as that family stuff goes I don't know nothing about it. But would anybody do an animated cartoon about their real family regardless of how they came up, I didn't think so.
