According to the lawsuit, the group sent a beat CD called Boogii Men Beats Volume 1 to Luda’s Disturing Tha Peace label back in 2004 but were ignored after following after the label failed to show any interest.
The 3 men, Anthony Turner, Damon Mayfield and Markus Vick, claim that when the rapper released his next album six months later, The Red Light District, they noticed similarities between one of the tracks in their CD and the song “Get Back.”
It is unclear whether or not the men are asking for an injunction against sales of the CD, or the amount of any punitive or compensatory damages sought.

This could be a business move. They may have just sat back and waited to see how much revenue the album or the song itself was going to bring in. Just like the IRS, they find mistakes as soon as they happen, but what they do is sit back and let interest build up. Then they hit you w/ the interest and fines all at once. If these guys were smart hopefully they had their shit copyrighted. That way they can show the judge when their shit was done and when Luda's shit came out. Now if they didn't have they shit legit, then thats on them. Word to the wise, dont send shit to these record labels if you haven't retained a lawyer yet or at least talk to one on how exactly to do it. The first time this happened with Luda, it had to do with the "Stand Up" beat by Kanye. I don't remember how that turned out, but now this is the second time this happened with dude. Now I'm not saying the allegations is true, but you do have to look at it a lil bit, since this is the second time this happened
