anyone can open a Fatburger. I went to one the other day out by the airport (LAX) and it was being run by Koreans. He just paid Fatburger like $250,000 x however many stores he wants to open and there... now he's a developer. Not that difficult to do.. but props to him for picking a decent burger place.. Fatburger is probably top 3 out of all fast food chains out here in Los Angeles

This does absolutely nothing for Chicagoans..What brings jobs and money to the hood is re-zoning...No one is going to make a decent living working here, but if the city tore down some of its over-passes, where most hoods in America are located, banks, hotels and other big businesses can move in. Now baby sis has a job at the bank, momma is checking people in at the hotel and the son is parking the cars. Now the property value of the surrounding area has gone up. Better homes, better schools, better police, nicer living. Some gentrification might go down where the white establishment tries to buy out all the black and brown owned homes, but in a City like Chicago, the black establishment there would make sure everyone got an equal cut if they decided to sell their property.

So sometimes the rappers and celebrities are just shitting on us with another fast food joint. Get into hotels and banking..Clubs and privately owned restaurants are just for themselves.

They have one where i used to live in Florida

well its good that hes actually not blowing all his money like most rappers and opening up a business that will surely be booming and around for a long time. rappers need to wise up, once you get that big ass amount of money in your pocket dont go blow it on a car,mansion,jewelry,nightlife, and women.

put some of that shit in a swiss bank account, use a different chunk to open a business, use some to accomodate your lifestlye, and then save the rest.
