Sandi Gibbons, spokeswoman for Los Angeles County District Attorney says the serious charges were declined and was referred to city attorneys, who will consider if West and Crowley will be charged with a misdemeanor.
West was arrested September 11 on suspicion of felony vandalism when he was captured on video breaking a flash on the floor after a paparazzi attempted to take a picture of the rapper.

According to the spokeswoman, the case is currently under review and a decision of possible lesser charges for the crime is not expected to be made until next week.
Popular celeb site TMZ, who's camera man was involved in the scuffle with West will also not be pressing charges.
