According to TMZ, West was arrested at a hotel in Gateshead, England early this morning after allegedly getting into a tussle with a photographer on his way out of the Tup Tup nightclub in Newcastle.
The photographer claims Kanye allegedly shoved a camera into his face as he snapped a picture causing a bruice and a slight cut to his face.
The photographer says Kanye was leaving the club with four girls, and got upset that he was being captured on film. Kanye then allegedly got violent -- shoving the camera into the snappers face, causing a cut on his nose.
After a short investigation, West was released from police custody without charges
This is Kanye's second reported run in with Paparazzis that has landed him in jail. Earlier this year, Kanye was arrested after a photographer was trying to get some shots of him at the American Airlines terminal.

According to witnesses, Kanye allegedly confronted the photographer and smashed his camera to the ground. He was subsequently arrested for felony vandalism--the charges were later dropped.
