Kanye May Not Be Charged With Felony For Pap Incident and Eminem To Speak

It looks as though Kanye West, who was recently involved in an altercation with the paparazzi last week, may NOT be facing any felony criminal charges. Sources said that West would be facing felony vandalism charges after he and his bodyguard had smashed camera equipment after not liking their pictures being taken. The still camera that was broken is a Canon 40D with a retail price
of $1429.96. In California, someone who criminally damages property worth
more than $400 can be prosecuted for felony vandalism. The actual equipment broken by West was the lighting unit and that only cost about $100. However, his bodyguard, who also broke a camera from TMZ.com that retails for approximately $7000, could face those felony charges.
Eminem is scheduled to make an exclusive 'appearance' tomorrow night on Sirius radio. The Shade 45 channel, created by Eminem, will be having a special spotlight show that will be honoring 20 years of the indie label Delicious Vinyl, which gave birth to such artists as Tone Loc, Young MC, The Brand New Heavies, The Pharcyde and Masta Ace. The grammy award winning rapper/actor will be calling in and will hopefully be discussing the status of his new work and the future of his career. DJ Tony Touch will be hosting the show. This will be one of Em's rare public speakings/apppearances. The rapper has been pretty quiet for the past few years, so hopefully fans will be able to get the info they've wanted for quite some time.

All I've heard from Em in the past few years is that talk he had with LL over the radio where he called in and pranked LL Cool J. That was hilarious, it even sounded like the Em I knew. For me, this album is highly anticipated. I'm really looking forward to it.
sorry fella's, I gotta disgree. Em has classic SONGS but has yet to create any album that's flawless. I'm pulling for him and hope he has it in him at this point(inactivity is a mutha)but Kanye has a better track record as far as album's are concerned. As a matter of fact, I don't think anyone has come harder than he has when it comes to albums, 3 flawless joints out of the gate. He IS hip hop, a great producer, songwriter, and if you hit up the glow in the dark tour, you'd know how good od a live performer he is. This will be the 1st Em album I'm actually going to by, but if my money was tight, it'd be 'Ye all day. I know what to expect from him, an album I never hit skip on. Can't say that for Em, his albums always have too many nonsense tracks and commercial happy crap tracks. Being the year of the concept(Nas,Jeezy,Jay,Lupe and Kanye in last years 4th quater)maybe Em can step up and provide the classic he's always been capable of, but we'll have to wait and see. If you don't have it already, cop 'Ye's catalog, start with the intro on College Dropout, let it ride through Late Registration all the way through to the last joint on Graduation and tell me how many tracks you skip. Can't do that with Em, I just make a playlist of about 19 songs out of all his albums.

and you have got to be kidding to compare albums PRODUCTION wise. When Dre did 50% of Em's beats the music was better. Em's production isn't great, he's made some good beats but, nowhere near Kanye's level. Crack kills...
