World renowned stunt man Evel Knievel and rapper/producer Kanye West have finally come to an agreement and have settled their dispute over Kanye's use of the daredevil’s image in the video for “Touch The Sky.”
In Kanye’s video he dresses in a costume similar to “Evil Knievel” while attempting to jump a canyon on a motorcycle. Knievel saw the video and said that the “vulgar and offensive images" in the video might tarnished or harmed his reputation. He then filed a law suit against Kanye, Roc-A-Fella Records and AOL for distributing the video.
On July 11th, both parties notified a federal judge that they would attempt to come to a common ground with the help of a mediator. Details of the settlement have not been disclosed.
