I know what a guilty plea is and shit homie. Done had to do it plenty of times. In NC, if you plead not guilty but you really are, they prosecute you to the fullest extent. I plead guilty to a hit and run and drug charges and just got probation. My lawyer advised me if I plead not guilty and was found guilty, I would be lookin at 12-18 months.
