The hearing, which challenged the search of the rappers vehicle the day of the arrest, has the potential to be the decision maker in the case as it would make a large part of the Government's case null and void.
The hearing, originally scheduled for Thursday, January 3, 2008, has been postponed to February 19th, 2008.
Atlanta rapper T.I. whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., was arrested Oct. 13 for allegedly trying to purchase machine guns and silencers in a Midtown Atlanta Walgreens parking lot.
While waiting for the next hearing, T.I. has been working on the upcoming album "Paper Trail", which is about 30% done.
