The album, which is scheduled for release on November 13th, 2007, will stay away from Rule’s past beefs in the industry and will instead try to get people excited about hip-hop again through fun, feel good music.
“The whole industry is so focused on beefin’ with each other — it’s like the WWF of rap right now,” Ja Rule tells Rolling Stone Magzine, who credits the “haters” for sending him back to the studio. “I’m stepping out of the arena. I don’t want to be a wrestlin’ rapper.”
“Somebody’s got to come in and make it positive,” He continued. “You have to make records that make people feel like having a good time.”
“The Mirror,” features guests like Lil Wayne, who was featured on the first official single, “Uh Ohhh,” and West Coast rapper The Game, who appears on “Sunset.”
“I don’t think people were expecting that,” says Rule of Game’s involvement. “But we got a hot record on the album.”
Rule even sampled The Beatles’s “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” for a track on the LP and an update of Revolver’s “Eleanor Rigby.”
“Hopefully I make the Beatles proud,” says Rule. “Big shout out to Paul McCartney and the whole gang, Ringo and everybody!”

So 50 will sell about 2 million, Kanye about 1.5 (I'm gonna buy Kanye's album though) and Game will sell at least 500,000 copies on his next album. Today, 500,000 is like platinum.
