After being involved in the incident that sent The Game to prison, Shannon "Royal" Rodrick, has allegedly filed a lawsuit against the Compton rapper.
According to the lawsuit, Rodrick claims he got into an "exchange of words" during a basketball game in Rita Walters Educational Learning Complex, when Game punched him and then pointed a gun at him, while making threats.
Game would eventually have to suffer the consequences of this incident when he was sentenced to 60 day's in jail last month. He served eight day's after turning himself into the Los Angeles Twin Towers Correctional Facility on March 3rd.
Rodrick's lawsuit claims that "he suffered extreme and severe mental anguish and humiliation from the incident as well as physical injuries."
In other news…
In the suit he also names people that sponsored the basketball game saying that "they neglected to protect him and provide a violence free environment."
Rodrick has asked for punitive damages as well as attorney's fee's, and medical expenses.
