Foxy prepares “Black Roses”
Grammy nominated rapper Foxy Brown is putting the finishing touches on her fourth studio album, “Black Roses”, and just recently announced a management deal with Black Hand Entertainment. After having just undergone a surgery that repaired her hearing, Foxy has been prepping for the album, and doing occasional appearances.The change to Black Hand’s management seems to have motivated her, as she spoke confidently aboutt their partnership, saying: “I needed to connect with a person who understood my struggle completely from where I came to where I traveled today. Chaz is an aggressive businessman who has overcome adversity and roadblocks his entire life, I need a person who can relate to real struggle and who has experience in moving beyond at the most difficult times.”
In true Hip-Hop fashion, Brown is going to release a street album to pave the way for Black Roses, and she’ll also be doing a small promo tour. Black Hand CEO Chaz Williams spoke well of Foxy’s moves, adding ”I think Foxy is an incredible talent and one of the fiercest female MC’s of all time. Her skills and work ethic are undeniable and she has a determination to succeed that I respect. Her focus is keen, and her music speaks for itself. With the return of her hearing, I think she will have the greatest comeback story since Mimi”.
Eve says she didn’t drive drunk
Police at the scene say that Eve’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit allowed in California, and she was arrested soon after. Also, star Sean Penn allegedly stopped by to see her. She is due back in front of a judge on June 28th.
