Brown, who was arrested on August 14, after she allegedly assaulted her 25-year-old neighbor—then again the following day (Aug. 15) for traffic violations, filed a lawsuit against the Correction Department, claiming that she is suffering on Rikers Island.
However, Manhattan Criminal Supreme Court Justice Laura Ward denied Brown’s request.
According to Ikiesha Al-Shabazz, one of Brown’s reps, her legal team plans on appealing the decision.
Brown is also rumored to be pregnant and getting ready to wed soon.
