Hip-Hop mogul Diddy aka Sean Combs, seems to have got himself into a tough spot yet again.
Diddy, who has been cleared of any criminal charges stemming from an incident in which he was accused of assaulting Real Estate agent Gerard Rechnitzer at an after party last February, now has four witnesses pointing the finger at him
Gerard, said he saw Diddy trying to hook up with his fiance outside of the Roosevelt Hotel. When Gerard tried to lead the lady away from Diddy, Diddy allegedly let his pimp hand loose.
Marianna Ruiz, one of the four witnesses, said "I just kind of remember seeing [Rechnitzer] go flying, not flying as in like feet off the ground, but he went back significantly. I was just in shock that somebody would ... just kind of strike somebody out of nowhere."
