Last Thursday during the pre media release screening of, “Tupac: Assassination – Conspiracy or Revenge?”, Kevin Hackie admitted that he was working undercover for the FBI during his four year stint with the label (from 92-96).
Hackie, added that, “An arrest will be made in this (2Pac)case”. Hackie joined the film makers, R. J. Bond, as well as another former Tupac bodyguard Frank “Big Frank” Alexander, on the panel after a verbal scuffle with an LAPD detective who was in the audience and defended thier handling of the case, which had serious L.A. implications even though the actual murder took place in Vegas.
The new DVD lays out the entire murder conspiracy plot surrounding Pac’s murder. The documentary points out all of the failures of law enforcement officials to fully investigate, follow up on leads and interview key parties involved in the murder.
C-Murder Goes Back To Court
C-Murder will stand trial once again in February, this time on a second-degree murder charge. New Orleans Judge Martha Sassone announced the trial date as February 11. The charge stems from a Jan. 2002 incident in which Murder was accused of shooting and killing Steve Thomas at Harvey nightclub.
Corer “C-Murder” Miller was originally given a life sentence for the crime in Sept. 2003. His appeal was successful and the conviction was overturned in March 2004. However, later in 2004, Judge Sassone ordered a new trial date which was decided on October 16th. If convicted, C-Murder will face a mandatory life sentence.
