The former consultant for Bad Boy Records, James Sabatino, who recently filed a $19 Million lawsuit over audio and video footage he recorded of Bad Boy artist Notorious B.I.G., has reportedly filed a motion to prohibit Sean 'Diddy' Combs from sharing FBI interrogation records in which an informant mentions him in the 1994 shooting of Tupac Shakur. Sabatino's motion was filed in Miami federal court yesterday (November 14) and included the FBI records he wants concealed.
James Sabatino is currently imprisoned in Pennsylvania on fraud charges and claims that Diddy is circulating the FBI records 'as part of smear campaign against him.' In one of the FBI interrogation records, an unidentified informant who had ties to Tupac and Sabatino, told authorities in an interview held six years after Tupac's death that he was inside the Quad Studios when Tupac was shot in 1994. The informant told authorities that Sabatino appeared unconcerned when shots were heard and yelled 'Get that piece of (expletive) out of here!' when a bloodied Tupac appeared in the studio and also sates that Sabatino said Tupac had to be "dealt with".

Sabatino and Combs' attorney have not yet been available for comments regarding any of this.
