Fat Joe has accepted an offer to talk to Florida Law enforcement to concretely deny being a witness to a shooting incident on May 28th. According to police reports, Joe was present in the same Black Escalade as the two victims, who were shot outside of David’s Cafe in South Beach.
Joe was a casual acquaintance of the two victims, Lessli Paz, and Joey Navarro. They both died not long after the initial shooting. Jeffrey Lichtman, a lawyer for Fat Joe insists that he saw nothing, and that he “called police when reports claimed him to be on the scene of the crime”.
Lichtman confirmed that FJ would speak to the police in the upcoming week to tell his side of the story.
