Rapper DMX has been absent from the public's eye for roughly a year now. Apparently looking to expand, the Yonkers MC is slated to appear alongside actors Michael Madsen, Aramand Assante, and Vinnie Jones in the upcoming horror flick "The Bleeding."
The plot revolves around an ex-Army ranger who, while searching for his parents' killer, uncovers a family of bloodthirsty vampires residing in a chemical weapons lab turned nightclub.
X's role in the film is currently undetermined.
DMX is expected to begin shooting the film next month in North Carolina.
X is also gearing up for the release of his double album, Walk With Me Now And You'll Fly With Me Later. Walk With Me Now will be a street themed album while Fly With Me Later will be a gospel album with no cursing.
