According to The New York Post, the suit is a retaliation from a recent interview that DMX gave to Sister 2 Sister magazine, in which he claims Monique Wayan raped him while he slept.
“She raped me,” DMX told the magazine’s editor Jamie Foster Brown.
“I mean, you know, that might sound like some bullshit? No man has ever been… you know what I mean, like never? Is that the only thing in the world that’s not possible?”
Wayne says DMX knows the sex was consensual and she’s suffered “severe emotional distress” as a result of his lies.
Now, im no expert on “man ‘rapeage’” but let me just try to make sense of this.
So he was in his hotel room, she sneaks in, spreads his legs and proceeds to hump his limp noodle? Meanwhile he’s screaming and crying “No, stop, please, arf!”
