It has only been several months since he’s evaded court last time, but DMX has found yet another reason to miss his court date.
Yesterday, the rapper was supposed to show up before a White Plains, New York judge on charges for driving with a suspended license last month. According to reports, the Westchester DA’s office asked the judge to send out a warrant for his arrest.
The judge afterwards denied the request. The charge comes after the rapper was pulled over for running a red light, which guided them to find out that his license was suspended. After not appearing in two recent court dates, DMX guaranteed the Judge that he would appear for his March 6th pre-trial hearing, also a driving related charge.
In other news, Foxy Brown was finally brought up on charges of resisting arrest, and battery, as Florida prosecutors have filed this in relation to the dispute she had with the owner of a Florida beauty shop in February.
Brown held a press conference recently, denying all accusations, and claiming that she was ‘racially profiled’ by local police. However, the incident led to her violating her probation, as she pleaded guilty on March 1st for traveling to Florida without permission.

I think he finally realizes that his rapping gimmick has gotten old so now for people to remember him he has to keep getting in trouble with the law!
