According to Mercury News, Jeremy Geffen, manager of D12 and former Young Bloodz rapper Sean Paul, was charged with 14 felony counts, including rape by use of drugs, rape of an unconscious person, and furnishing cocaine to a minor, the district attorney's office said.
Geffen was being held on $2 million bail pending his arraignment on Thursday and faces 20 years in prison if convicted.
"I strongly respect my client's presumption of innocence,"said Geffen's lawyer, Danny Davis.
