i cannot agree with number 2 here... the vast majority of the time ppl get liposuction because they are dangerously over wieght and would die of a heart attack if they do not get it... also for the breast reduction, i have a friend who had to get a breast reduction because she is the police academy and it is just too hard (and painful she tells me) to do it all with giant breasts.. its not always about insecurities.
but didnt kanye west mom suffer from a heart attack after she got liposuction? if u r in danger of a heart attack than u really need to get in shape and start eating healthy because surgery doesnt prevent heart attacks. as far as breast reduction i can understand that but as for ur friend i would miss those big breasts if i was u.
