Miller had requested permission to drive to the the funeral in Texas as well as spend 9 days in Houston with his children. Judge Martha Sassone denied both of the requests, saying the rapper’s children would have to travel to his home in Kenner, La. The judge also urged the defense and the prosecution to resolve any outstanding issues, including a motion from Miller’s attorney seeking to dismiss the case, prior to the start of the new trial on February 11.

i aint a hater man i wish murder c the best of luck, but sometimes u gotta look thru the eyes of the victim's family, lets say, god forbid, that ur little brother got shot to death and person A was the only suspect arrested u wouldnt want that person to have a chance to walk around, you would want him confined to a cell or in this case his house 24/7.
if there is a huge reasonable doubt that this person did not commit this crime or that he is not a risk to socity by all means let him visit his friends funeral or have family over for christmas dinner but if there is little doubt that this person did this, dude needs to be confined to himself 23/7
